For onsite call-out services, we will try our best to attend the service on a sameday basis where possible.There may be occassions where we need to take the computer back to our office workshop for further investigation and repairs.

Our onsite rate is a fixed flat-rate $75 for the first hour within Sydney metro area and $15 per 15 minutes afterward.
